Makeup Freelance film/TV Assignments:
SKY News & SKY sports news- Makeup Artist AT SKY studios Osterley Grant way, Isleworth Freelance position held currently starting in June 2018, role consists of high standard makeup application and hair styling for presenters- live television. Working as a part of a makeup team- making up Presenters and guests on both news channels and other live shows broadcasted on sky news and sky sports news, touch ups on set.
ITV- Goodwood Festival of speed 2017/2018- Makeup for Live Television- role was head makeup artist for presenters of the Goodwood festival of speed coverage on ITV. Working as only makeup artist with one other hairstylist on board, taking care of several presenter’s makeups as well as guests on the show, touch ups throughout the day and quick wardrobe and makeup changes for different scenes and interviews.
CrazyHead- Makeup Dailies- July 2016 Working on new Netflix and channel 4 series ‘crazyhead’ job roles included makeup application and hair styling- working to a brief to create looks decided by the makeup designer. Working from continuity notes. Wig fitting and special effects makeup.
Kinsgman2 – The Golden Circle-June 2016 Makeup Dailies- creating full Hair and makeup looking including body art and face painting for large festival scene- working to brief created by designer- keeping track of continuity- touch ups on set.
Ducks Quacks Don’t Echo- seasons 4 and 5 –April- July 2016 -Panel Show shot at pinewood studios- My job role was creating and providing hair and makeup looks for the presenters and celebrity guests- quick changes when filming back to back episodes, and touch ups on set during advert breaks.
Downton abbey- final series- Goodwood – July 2015 Makeup assistant role in crowd- working from continuity notes amongst a large makeup team- creating period hair and makeup styles.
Channel 4 Racing – Presenters Make-up (various race meetings across the country) – Jan 2015ongoing Creation of natural make-up and hairstyles for the TV presenters, followed by ongoing monitoring throughout the program, and reapplying when required.
film Makeup Assistant: ‘The Dark Channel’- Brighton Jan 2015 Makeup assistant role, helping with the creation of dramatic hair and makeup looks for short sci-fi fantasy film shooting in Brighton, Responsibilities included keeping track of makeup continuity, Assisting Head of Makeup in Makeup and hair changes between scenes and overseeing makeup in the studio/ filming on location.
Festival Faces Team member: July 2014- current: Festival Faces are a mobile team of artists offering a variety of services such as facepaiting, body art, nail art, and special effects makeup, and at events festivals/ concerts, I have worked as part of the Festival Faces team for a year now and this job has taught me the importance of time keeping and how to work quickly and under pressure and always providing service with a smile. We cater for those craving the ultimate festival look and who want to stand out from the crowd, providing high quality individual freehand face and body art. Working with Festival Faces I have appeared at a number of public events including festivals, corporate events and nightclub events. We also do private events such as children/adults birthday parties, proms, weddings and special occasions.
